  The best emulatior for playing GBA in PC is:NO$GBA,Visual Boy Advance.
  with NO$GBA you can play NDS games 2 and Ucan play with link in the same PC.

  Please note that this (and the European version also hosted on Romulation) don't work on the R4 Revolution Flashcart.

  It probably will, but you can't run it with just your R4 by itself. You will need a slot-2 expansion cart first.
