This rom is okay for project64, as long as you have the RDB update... Intense flickering on missions. Without the rdb update you will be stuck with a half-screen.
It duesn't work
I read the previous post by WormHorse17 and I am sure I have the RDB update for Project64 and still the game is condensed into the upper half of the emulation window. The ROM seems solid but doesn't render graphically like it should making the game nearly unplayable unless you switch to third person mode. The game seems to be an open world layout for missions with you hunting down and destroying objectives on the map. I'd pass on this one.
Ok so mabe this rom is picky on PC performance :/, however if you do manage to get over the flikering and fixing the half-screen issue to make this game more playable, turn off cockpits in the options menu, the Grizzly cockpit (the tank you usually start with) is glitched
