An incredible cell shaded racing game that has a ton of customization to it. The ROM is in Japanese but if you give it a little time you can eventually maneuver around the menus with ease. Your car has a certain amount of points to it that can be used to swap out parts and add items to attack. When you win a race you can take an item from an opponents vehicle. This feature is really cool and adds a big layer of strategy to the game. The racing is tight and the cars feel like you are controlling them rather than just sliding around the track. This is a great fun racer and if you like stuff like Mario Kart or F-Zero you should take a look at it.
