  • The minigames are the only thing which really redeems this. And they do so very well and make the game worth owning.

  • This is the best game,any pokemon fan would want to have !
    Absolutely recommended !!

  • Its a good game but take note that if your controls arent working you need to use the d-pad in order to move it not the analog stick just a heads up because it took me 2 hours to firgure it out

  • Thanks for this rom i love this game!

  • I love this game!

  • I bought this game when I was a crazed Pokemon fan, we loved the original but never owned it so when 2 came out we got it.

    We loved this game so much, the funny thing is that we didn't have any of the Pokemon gameboy games or a transfer pack and still loved it. lol

  • This game rules, I have found a way to transfer Pokemon from my gameboy roms onto this, just as I can do in real life with my real cartridges and transfer pack :)

  • Woah!! this game is soo great even it soo old!

  • Espeorb how do you do that

  • I dont know which keys to use?

    Press = x

    Back = c

    All the other keys have no effect?

  • To get the transfer pak there's a plug in you can download that is compatible with the Project 64 emulator. For a guide and download go here: http://forums.emulator-zone.com/showthread.php?t=2449

  • N-Rage's DirectInput 8 v2 1.83 plugin for your PJ64 Input will do the trick.

    Just go to the Configure Controls option and change the controller pak mode to Transfer Pak from the drop down menu. Then select the Gameboy Color ROM and its Save game from your hard disk. (Yeah you may need a GBC emulator like VBA for that).

    The game is great and supports all Generation 1 and Generation 2 Pokemons (Bulbasaur - Celebi). Almost no problems but some textures appear white to me. Like in battles I can't see what's written on the attack list and how much PP each attack has. Maybe its only me. Also some text fields are blanked out, like in that training section or something. Not that they are that vital for gameplay.

  • I think that the Romulation must post the Roms with one language only.With many languages, the size of the game is too big.

  • 1 to put on the psp

  • =DDDD

  • For those planing on playing this via D14x on the psp; Controls dont work, as one of the commentees already pointed out.

  • Disregard my first post xD, change settings of the emulator (if playing on PSP) so that Dpad=N64stick, did the trick for me. Although the game hang in the first battle the controls worked.

  • Enter= start

    x = a

    c = b

    and press random buttons to figure out the rest its wat i did.

  • Which one is the best emu for nin 64????

  • project 64 emulator

  • I love this game, one of the best games of all time, brings back old memories, I used to play it back in 1st grade, Im in 11th now.

  • oh, sweet nostalgia, this takes me back... back to simpler times, when catching them all was ACTUALLY POSSIBLE.

    defiitely downloading after my Banjo Tooie (yet another walk down memory lane for me) finishes (:

  • does this work on ds lite flashcards

  • Shadow1214, I believe this is a Nintendo 64 game, therefore it only is compatible with an actual N64 or an emulator.

  • this game is sexy-sexy

  • ok i got an emulator but i dont know the controls i know what X and C and Enter do but
    how do i select sideways sideways

  • Here are the controls I found:

    A - press X
    B - press C
    Start - press Enter

    To move <<< - press 4 on your num pad (activate num lock on your keyboard)
    To move >>> - press 6 on your num pad
    To move up - press 8 on your num pad
    To move down - press 2 on your num pad
    I haven't gotten R and L yet.

    This is for the emulator I have.. it might be different for your emulator. I think it is the same, though.
    Have fun!
