This game is one of my favorites. It is 3D which is better than 2D in my opinion. I have played this game on the N64 but on the ds it is better. This game also has ds download play. The minigames are really fun too. This game is game is really cool.

What's the difference between this and V. 1.1?
V1.0 has more glitches and stuff like that, V1.1 fixes them so there isnt any.

I just love this game.Have a N64 and mario 64 4 it.This Game Rocks!
This was a great port. The only downside is the lack of analogue input for movement. The touchscreen movement is crap, and the d-pad only has 8 directions, which feels surprisingly restricted in this game. Once you get used to it this game is a blast. Its also loaded with tons of minigames that you can play from the startup menu, many of them are very very fun and clever and provide lots of replay value.
This is a good game. It is in 3D which is better. It moves pretty slow. But otherwise it is a good game.
Fans of the original will definitely like this. You play as Yoshi for the first part, which is cool. He's got the ability to ground pound, jump really far, and use his tongue. Just like his moves in Super Smash Bros.
The biggest downside to this game is the camera. It sucks horribly.

the games camera is bad through you can change from yoshi to mario by wearing a red cap
