I have got it and it is really good, the difference is that it doesnt have a specific dog to choose from, just random dogs!

The difference is that you start off with different dogs, but as the game goes on you unlock different breeds, so it is the same really.

If you're looking for a Nintendogs game with a Shiba Inu at the start, I don't know if the Labrador one has the Shiba Inu.. seeing as I've never played that version.. but the Miniature Daschund (Heehee I got the feeling I spelled that wrong xD) version has a Shiba Inu at the start *nod nod*
