  • Probably the best fighting game for the DS, this fighter has tons of characters from the Shonen Jump! magazine. This is the magazine that brought us Dragonball, One Piece, Bleach, Fist of the North Star, I's, and lots of other serialized manga. A must have for any fan of manga, anime, or fighting games.

  • Boyboyss: There isn't an English version planned due to licensing issues, because of all the different companies the animes/mangas are licensed and distributed by in the west. Ther is, however a translation project on GBATemp. Just google it and it should be easy enough to find :)

  • I have the translation patch of the game and it's a lot of fun. Good graphics and a great game set-up. I just wish the patch was translated a little more completely.

    I can find my way around just fine through trial and error when necessary, but a little more English would be nice. Too bad this translation project is over.

  • I cut this from a post in the gbatemp fourm, i dont claim any credit whatsoever.

    1- Download the latest DPS patch from here: http://deufeufeu.free.fr/wiki/index.php?ti...anslation#Patch

    2- Download DPSPATCHER (HERE: http://st.free.fr/phpmyvisites.php?url=htt...ILE:dpspatcher) And patch a clean rom of JUS (You need to have 2 clean roms, after patching, one clean one patched).

    3- Rename the clean rom to: old.nds and the patched one to: translated.nds.

    4-

    Download my patcher from the main post (The first one) and run the .bat

    inside (Also, you need to have this .bat, ndstool.exe and both roms on

    the same folder).

    5- There, it should work now. You have a new rom, and the other two got deleted. So, now, go and play.

  • Haha, i just noticed the screenshot. translated! wow, that could be misleading, might make people think they're downloading the translated rom instead of the clean one.

  • Ok I'm sorry. there was a mistake in my last post. Do a Search for Jump! Ultimate Stars, and look for my id. There is a two links for Pre-Patched Roms by me. Either one should work. If they don't please write me a message on the forums, or back on this comments page.

  • yeah I know cheats won't work with the translated version and the translation isn't good enough to unlock all the characters without cheats. that's why I quit

  • Cheats don't work on translated ones because when you (or someone) translates it, the program you use to translate over rights the cheat program or something. That's why it doesn't work. Anyways why would you need cheats? Its fun enough.

  • whats up just so happens i have a copy of jump in english that works fine on my r4i. Type in jump ultimate stars english patch rom at youtube and you should be able to find it,plus heres my friend code 524218313737 i play wifi all the time so if you want a battle look me up .

  • YO me again.If you cant get the english version to work make sure you have a good R4 or R4i (i got mine from amazon) and make sure you download the latest version of kerenl from the R4 website www.r4i-sdhc.com hope this helps you out.
