Did anyone else have trouble catching pokemon ? when i would catch one it would that it added the info to my pokedex then it would just freeze up and nothing would happen.

I own this game, and I have to say that once you get past the cliche "Welcome to the land of Pokemon, you amateur piece of sh**" part, the options start to unfold and you have a lot to do. Not sure if emulator users can go to the Underground, but it's pretty fun down there. Anyways, if you like Pokemon games or think you'll like them, get this'un (or Diamond, I guess).

All I can say is: it's Pokemon. And no, not a crappy spin-off. This is the RPG that will ruin your social life. There's so much to do it's unbelievable: battles, contests, "Catch 'Em All", and then there's Wi-Fi... An absolute must-have.
Just for your information this game does not connect to My Pokemon Ranch if you use this on a R4 and such wish you could make it connect -_- everytime i try to connect it to MPR the DS screen turns white and freezes and Wii says it cant find a ds

My name is adrian sorry if my english are poor, i'm indonesian, ok, now i'm try my best to share with my experience during playing this game, i have played every series of pokemon, since their first debut in game boy, to tell the truth is the game pokemon ever, 3D graphic when you walk, wireless feature so yaou can battle with anyone over the world, new move this move is unique because different with another pokemen for example thunder pokemon such as pikachu, magneton will have thunder when they reach some level, but in this pokemon those move is diffent each other, i think this pokemon series is totaly awesome, but there some negative side in this game, i thing from one into one pokemon series the stories is monotone, pokemon series never bring us into all new stories, i thing it was so boring at all.

i was playing and i suddenly took my earphones out and it said "error: microphone wave failure." it got me back to when i only had 2 badges. now im sure (absolutly) that i had saved alot of times before so i kinda wonder what the hell happend. I use No$gab emulator ..got any advice?
Pokemon pearl is a really good game, the best pokemon game till now. Really if you like pokemon you NEED this. i kown it is the same kind of game as all the pokemon game, but the fun never stops. I played this game so many times and it still doesn't bore me. So try it, i would say. ( 9/ 10, diamond gets a 9.1:p)
Why does evryone like diamond better than pearl?
This game is the best! first i had 4 pokemon of lvl 100 on pearl only the game card was lost, that is why i have a r4 now:)!

Hiyya, having problems with the game - however amazing it is - after saving the games about 30 times, when i go to reopen the saved game, comes up that the file is corrupt and cannot open? any ideas?

Hey Guys What Emulator Are You Guys Using Because There Are ALOT Of Emulators That Don't Work Or Lag Alot...
You need a good graphics card to run Pokemon Diamond / Pearl / Platinum lag-free, even if it looks that simple. The best emulator I've found out for DS games so far is No$GBA. It can emulate dual-screen, touch functionality using mouse, and can implement basic cheats. But lags like a monster there! I've never tried running on a high-end system but that will probably kill that lag. But theres gotta be some better emulators out there for DS. I'll try the forums. I'll post more about emulators if I find a decent one that can handle this game with 100\% frame-rate in a low-end to mid-end system built around 2002s.

I used to have this game, but I downloaded it so I could get back to my Pokemon-self. One awesome thing - PLAY THE GAME, AND BECOME THE ULTIMATE POKAMON OVERLORD!
It said some error about the save and won't work so i can't play... :(
I use the emulator desmume and ideas becuz most work on desmume but some dont and those usually work on iDeaS :D
Has anybody tested it with www.NoGBA.com or www.DeSmuME.com emulators? Which one is better for playing Pokemon roms?

Hey guys is there a MPR rom somewhere i wanna play it reallly badly
How come every time i fight the first battle it always freezes when i win, it happened with two different downloads?
This game is great! You can do all sorts of things! The graphics are great, the pokemon are amazing, and there are soooo many possibilities!
However, as with every game, I cannot upload them to my emulator, meaning I cannot play them at all. Maybe it has something to do with the .rar format? I used the emulator at www.ndsemulator.com I think... Can anyone offer support?

Great game. All im waiting for now is pokemon soul silver and heart gold to come out. Are they going to make a new pokemon mystery dungeon game? I think they should :)
