thanks! Thanks a lot Seph! Epic =D Played it for about 20 minutes so far... insanely fun. Looks like they lowered the difficulty in this one so far, but then again I've only played 4 operations so far. For those having problems please make sure you are using the latest firmware for your card (latest for R4 is 1.18). If you are still having problems please post in the forums - that is what it is there for, the comment section is not for support. It runs perfect with 1.18 kernel Nice GAME... Great game !!!! Great game! M3DS Real users, update to the latest 3.7f firmware (ds-scene.net) Will not work on my TT card
TTDS latest is like 1.12 so we'll have to wait until they make a higher one that can play it Someone can tell me, how to patch this game in game manager v36a, I´m unable to play this game and the new hulk on my m3 SD pro! thanks Yeah great.. if you've played the first trauma center, its better to play the normal or hard..
the easy is too easy.. Why Dosent it work on my R4??? please answer Why it always said "failed to save" when i'm playing the game? anyone have the same problem like me? You have to upgrade your R4 to version 1.18 Highly addicting... i like it! :) I got to the operation where you have to save the pharmaceutical president lady and when I finished off the stirge, my game froze! Lol cyclo evo card comes with cheats =p You may need to update your firmware to get this game to work, M3 users can download latest firmware from here http://www.handheldsources.com/index.htm l R4 users can download latest firmware from here http://r4ds.cn/download/r4.html I played this game, and I prefer the first at this game.
