Wow didnt it just come out today (well i live in the Canada) haha guess im one of the first kids in Canada to get this, without worrying about lining up, or being sold out. YES!! FINALLY!! i am hoping this will the the rpg for the summer i actually have to grind a ton on and still have trouble with... i hate easy an rpg and all the reviews say this port is going to be tough. thank god. Oh man, I'm getting all nostalgic playing this game all over again in fabulous 3D Nintendo DS glory!! I first played FF4 on the PS1 remake of the NES version, but it looked too ugly to play it, then I found out about the GBA remake and decided to have a go at it and I enjoyed it thoroughly to the end of the game. However, because the saved data was kinda on a pirated GBA cartridge for some reason the data got erased after I turned it off and took it out of my GBA SP! Up until I reached the end I didn't take it out of my SP so I guess taking it out must've erased it, but I don't regret spending my time on it because now I can blaze through the NDS remake with ease. :)

You would be crazy NOT to download this game and play because the story is just so engrossing that you just don't want to stop playing!! Not only that, the music has been remixed and it sounds fantastic. YAHOOOO!!!!! Been waiting for this. Its worth every single point!!!!! Didn't think it would be released so quickly either. This is great. I tried out the Japanese version a while back just to get an idea of the graphics and loved it. Didn't play past the intro though. One of the greatest RPG stories ever in 3D. This is great. Heaven has opened LOL Yeah those GBA carts die (the mini flash or whatever) i had two of them. There must have been an internal battery? They all crapped on me.
Thank god they found ways to flash for DS. Or not flash, hehe. Thank you very very much for this rom seph (and everyone)! you've made many people very happy.

:) Sad for people who can't read Japs/Man, the voice acting on US version (English) is ... BAD! VERY BAD!! (Boot up Jap's and you'll feel it instantly.) I didn't find the voice acting all that bad and I like it better than nothing at all. If you really don't like it, there is an option to turn off voices in the settings menu. Now im gonna have fun during my break today. Thx for the upload. Great game When I heard that this game was dumped today. I went straight to amazon and ordered a new adaptor for my memory unit. The old one is broken and as a result I can't transfer new games or delete old games from my micro memory card.

I have to wait until the 30th before I can enjoy this most awesome game. Until then I sob =( Thank you so much!!!!! glad it finally came out FF4 DS should be out tomorrow July 22nd in Canada. I just phoned my local EB games today. Its finally out!!!!!! Very nice, very very nice XD XD XD im didnt expect this !!!!!! so glad i checked romulation today ! I must be like 1 of the first ausies to get this cause it doesnt come out for like 1 or 2 months here

I downloaded it twice... and it didn't work either time.
I'm using an R4 and when I load the game up it goes white and freezes. Hmm most of my games do that like freezes and goes white why could that be? (i need an answer) I know mwe too Im happy enough to see this game come back again let alone in 3D and with voice acting.. you wont forget the story ..i packed tons of hours on this game back in the day... as always thanks romUlation you guys are the best Godly FF4 is now here !

Go search the forums for details on making the language English. Nephalti: The language is selected based on your firmware version, so if your DS runs a Spanish firmware it selects Spanish, if it runs an American one it selects American. Emulators are notorious for defaulting to a non-English firmware despite having an English interface. And I didn't provide you the direct link because I honestly don't know it and I have better things to do than go looking for it. Backup your files, format and it try again. I need cheat code ff4 (u). You can get for me? Why is the text all screwed up is there any way to fix this??? Final fantasy forever! I just got past the Paladin part with no problems on a Supercard, so if your game pauses there its probably a corrupt file or flash card problem. This is a FANTASTIC port of Final Fantasy 4. (Or Final Fantasy 2, if we're talking only about American releases...) But yeah, nice graphics, presentation, everything. I especially love how all those cutscenes have voice acting Life is good There is a a problem on the game where the words appear to stay on the top screen and the bottom screen so it makes it impossible to tell what your doing unless you no all the functions and what they do and another thing is you have to restart the game to remove the words if you can please fix this Um does anyone know of a emulator that doesn't make this rom laggy and boring?

It's good to finally play an old but good looking final fantasy. These latest FFs haven't been as good as the old school titles. I have problems on the game.. the names, and name of the attacks etc.. when changing the text gets on top of the next one.. they need to update the filmware, but they are going through legal stuff. so it might not even come out. I have an r4 and i have downloaded it many times and i can't get it to work.Every time I try to play the game it asks do you want to create a save game file because it says it cannot find one (typical because you just downloaded the game) and when I click to create one it creates it and loads the game and then all I get is a blank screen.If anyone can tell me what the problem is I would really appreciate it.So please just post a comment to help me get this game to work.I have tried USA and European versions and they both do the same. Worked fine on my M3 Simple Firmware 1.14 I think? Anyway I bought the real game and I'm having a blast currently at the Tower of Zot about to fight the 3rd fiend :) How come when i tried it, it didnt work!!!

can some one help? I tried to put it on a r4 chip and it still got me 2 white screens Okay, those who have the game and say "It comes up in Spanish" should get a different emulator. When i played the game, it works nicely, except when i open the menu screen, all the Text keep staying on the screen even after i close those menu.
So, it looks like you're writing on a same page over and over without erasing the previous one.
Those text disappear after random battle.
If anyone also have this problem, tell me please how did you fix it.
FF IV Rocks!!! It's such a cool game but i don't have the Ds version but the Gba version
i can't play it on my K6 flashcard because it gives me two blank screens When im on the way into becoming a paladin the game freezes lol? The game work fine but the text is showing Spanish or some other language that I can't understand. Anybody know how to change the language into English? Thanks. THANKS A LOT FOR ROMULATION

This is the official best game so far for the nds It works fine with my R4. I absolutely love this game. Its actually challenging unlike crystal chronicles. I think for those that does not work for the R4, I think you need to like download the newest patch. Probably you need the same patch that was needed to play Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. I have got the same problem like FreakyGin could someone help us. Yayyyyy i finally found a pure english rom. No spanish subs Dont know if its just me, but every final fantasy rom for the DS which I use crashes at certain intervals. For FF4, I'm currently on my 3rd Rom switch just to try and get it to load past certain points. The first crash was at Mount Ordeals, I was using the iND, which Im getting again now. I switched to Xenophobias, renamed the Xenophobia rom to be compatible with my SAV file, and all worked well until The Enterprise crashes in the underworld. Hopefully, when I revert to iNDs, it will load past it. If not, thats 6 hours of my life wasted. I hope this helps anybody whos having the same difficulties as me. UPDATE***

Switching Roms works. So if I were anyone wanting to play this game fully through, get both the iND and xenophobia. Alternatively, buy the original lol.
