    I felt really

    bad. Fortunately, there is a somewhat-happy ending to all this. Sylvia

    seems to have fallen in love with Richard now, and Richard's a good

    guy. Or... a good dog, anyway. Sylvia's a cat, but I think they can

    work it out, somehow.

  • Ecstaesthesia thanx for the advice with patching, it works like a charm. this game is much like animal crossing and will swallow up all f your free time. looks good, and has a real cute and charming enviroment!

  • Works perfectly on my YSMenu'd R4. so far, this looks pretty awesome, and much better than animal crossing. At least on this the characters have more memory than a goldfish, and will remember if you are mean to them.

  • V 1.19 for the R4 works perfectly for me, am I the only one?

    Anyhoo the game is brilliant and though it plainly takes it's origins from Animal Crossing, you can tell in the first 5 minutes of playing that there is so much more to do and the world is bigger too.

  • Hay if anyone is having trouble with this game working on the r4 card and has 1.18 installed they need the new 1.19 file from the r4 web site

  • I downloaded the 1.19 version, but all i get is a blue and a green screen. What to do? By the way if anyone has a prepatched version of this game please put it on megaupload or something.

  • You can buy a cheap R4 replacement now.

    I Got my cousin an R4-III (which is one of the new knockoffs that uses SDHC cards too) and it works pretty darn well.

    The knock-off's are cheap and pretty much just a revamped R4, i think i payed like $20 for the R4-III from a site i can't recall right now. (Check www(.)dealwoot(.)com, thats where i got my CycloDS and they have some R4SDHC's there for cheap, just make sure not to accidentally get an old R4Revolution instead, they are only $15-$16 now since noone is updating them)

    But on a personal level i would recommend the CycloDS Evolution, i bought it to replace my old R4 for my coming DSi and cause i was sick of arm7 patching and i am very happy with it. (even though my 16gb MicroSD card pooped out on me >.

  • Hay guys as to my earrlyer post ignor it just do an arm7 patch and it works fine

  • When you patch arm7 you will not be able play via multiplayer. Patching arm7 crashes libraries.

  • ATTN R4 1.18 USERS!! :) If you're lazy like me and get an error at the beginning, use this!

    for me,it went to a white screen but YS menu worked fine.intill the privicy check that is

  • It's really difficult to work out how to install YSMenu. Ugh I'm so frustrated!!

  • Okay, if you want to use the wifi connection, use YSMenu. http://www.romulation.net/forum/index.php?topic=14844.0 use Anandjones' link, it works like a charm. :) Don't patch the game with this, because the patching method I linked to disables wifi.

  • On my r4 it comes u saying the save data cannot b read or something please re-insert the game cartridge

  • Work for supercard....this and all the ds games....but very boring...and the voice of characters...creepy. Real competition with animal crossing.

    1. Trim the game normally.

    2. Inset the arm7 from a Wi-Fi game like Bomberman Land Touch 2

    3. Repack

  • I really did love animal crossing. But this game surpsses it on almost every level. Even if it is just a copy cat. It's a bloddy brilliant one.



    It took all of animal crossings bad points and made them... Disappear! (Uh, I can't believe I said that. This being a magic game. And all.)

    Posting the link again incase anyone bypassed it. I have an R4 v1.25 and after following the steps the game is working to a T! I patched the original file downloaded from romulation.

  • @ amapora I try to patch it, but it never works. I have downloaded the one ecstaesthesia posted 3 times, but it always appears with a white screen.

  • I have read a lot of different ways to fix errors... but people never mention for what DS chip it is.



    I have the cannot read save file error on the SDHC (revolution). Anyone know how to fix this specific error?

  • I did all of the different arm7 patches listed, but every time it just takes me to a blank screen instead of the original error message. (R4DS v.1.18)

  • @ rosiepiggy I BACKED UP all files on my R4, formatted it (FAT or FAT 16 and quick format). And I reinstalled the firmware. Then it worked.

  • Evryone!!i tried the GBA temp patching method,well the folder i was suposed to download just didnt work,after a quik search i found this patching method!I works perfectly for all the games i incounterd the save thign error.

    i couldnt get into this game, its a complete rip off from animal crossing, i cant work out what to do, i mean, i catch bugs, and cant find where to sell them, you have to grow berries. I i befriended eric (the mobile phone boy) in the game as i felt sorry for him, we went for a walk on thursday, he said he had to leave, i went home, couldnt find him on friday, saturday i went where we'd split up on thursday, he was still there!!!. Talk about dumb!. I am deleting this game as animal crossing is perfect, and this is just a copy cat, and very difficult actually, especially the spells which i never even worked out how to cast one!.

    I literally played this for 3 minutes and almost fell asleep! Seriously its like animal crossing but extremelly boring.
