Wikipedia states that the gameplay is like Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings and that it has High Quality Dual Screen FMV's Showcasing More Than an Hour of Story Events.
I think, this game is good, but it's better to play it after you played Blue Dragon at Xbox.
I Didn't like the gameplay on Revenant Wings i thought it was a bit slow paced and boring so I am definatly not going to download this although i do like blue dragon, Actually I need something to play I am gonna get it anyways.

This seems to take place after the XBOX360's Blue Dragon.
Characters are great, the battle style reminds me of FF Tactics.
