  • I'm still behind imagine figure skating and ballet - those two had great graphics and a perfect little story as well as decent gameplay. For that reason I check out the other imagine games but am usually disappointed.

  • Someone wants these games. If no one did, they wouldn't make them. The fact that there are so many means that they sell a lot. That means there are actually a lot of people playing and enjoying these games. Scary...

  • Imagine figure skating and ballet are probably the only ones worth anything. they have good gameplay/not horrid graphics so those ones are at least worth a try. But, most of these games are for younger girls. So that could be why there are so many. This one isn't too bad but it gets repetitive after a while.

  • Why do people all moan about these games , my 5 year old daughter loves these games, the DS is for all age ranges, so you must expect there are gonna be games not suited to everyones taste, it makes me mad when the games aimed at 3-6 year olds get bad comments ...

    I think that's everyone's point, they find these games incredibly girlie and childish, and are more intrested in the -good- games that are coming out on the DS. Everyone has different opinnions. I think most DS gamers that use this website would have no intrest in this.

  • This is exactly like Cosmetic Paradise, but with less chibified graphics. Still, I had fun with CP, so I'm planning on playing this one through until the end as well.

    So anyways I like this game because its one of the closer games to otome games D: because on week ends you can go talk to guys and get dates XD less interactive dates though haha, Sorta reminds of Princess Debut...I'm gonna go replay that now ... O-o

  • My daughter loves the Imagine games, if you don't like them, go find something you do like.... Imagine Dream wedding, Cheerleader, Ballet, Doctor, Pet Vet etc etc... all great games for kids.... some aduls love them too...

  • Actually, there are 2 Cosmetic Paradise games. The first one is Cosmetic Paradise, and the second is Cosmetic Paradise: Make no Kiseki (Makeup Miracle). The second one was turned into Imagine Makeup Artist.

    And how do you get first place in the contest where your character is vs. Victoria and you have 3 clients?!?! And do you answer yes or no to her question?

  • OMG this is almost exactly the same as the english Cosmetic Paradise, only slightly different menus. But they even have the same hair and clothes!

  • I'm a fan of Imagine games, but I have to say, not all imagine games are good. The only one good to play are the games they adapt from Japan: Like Figure Skater and Ice Champion. Makeup artist is also adapted, but what throw me off this time is the graphic. Why the heck did they change the character faces!!?? They look so ....stone.... Only some characters retained their image.... Even the rival has better face than the leading character....

    You can see the Japanese version is much better looking...

    Sorry if you guys find this rambling a bit annoying, but I just want to say that Imagine should keep the original when they already borrow other people's games...even though the intention was to say 'this is our version' kinda thing...
