Not a bad game....tells you lots of info about Roman gladiators. You are playing as a young boy training to become a gladiator for your freedom...to do this you have to play mini games....the mini games are very easy..so it is an ideal game for young ones....though I am 35 and find the info interesting...am enjoying it so far....

I remember "Horrible Histories". Its a kid's book series that gives history trivia alongside cartoony illustrations. I really enjoyed the series, even if I only had the Egypt one. I'll have to give this game a try later.

The minigames are not bad, the facts are fun and mostly accurate. Could do without the bad puns though.
My son loves the books so the fact that there is a game will be brilliant for him. Will post comments about the game as soon as he has played it.

Get your children to watch the HBO show Rome instead, it will give them a lot more information about life back then XD

I read the egyptian one.. i didn't find any other horrible histories books tho...
i have read measly middle ages,france,cut throat celts and vile victorians great info tryin ths game now wonder if theres any more
