Yo! I knew it was Japanese, but mostly the forum that doing patch like this usually Chinese forum , or GBATemp, or DS-Scene, or Romulation it self, and so far i'm searching, no... no progress yet...

Yes you can, use the DS-Wii Mii Connection Button. You can transfer it after creating 3 Mii.

U can conecet ds to wii but you need a japanese wii also at nite whin your mii's go to sleep you can draw on there faces
