  • I agree with watoosh. the old megaman games were much better. the view of this 1 and the way the battles go are not as fun as the other ones. sure the story was getting repetetive but this will just be the exact same thing. what they couldve done is bring the enemies of this series into EXE megaman and it would be just as good or even better. i believe the EXE megaman gets a better rating then the starforce series. plus hes not really megaman. cant really call a game when the protagonist isnt even there.

    still, ill give it a try anyways. i always use codes for games like these. the ones i dont like i mean.

  • Bad news guys. This game has an important function of the JPN SF3: BA. Noise Kaizou Gear (The WCC), and the Secret Sattelite Server (Extremely Epic things to replaces brothers). In the US Version of Red Joker though, the rumor is that these functions are intact leading to the belief that BA has some kind of piracy lock.

  • In NO$GBA 2.6a you need to enable the sound so that you can play it it will stuck in the initializing because there is a sound effect on the part

    i have a question in NO$GBA 2.6a too when im fighting viruses i cannot see the virus itself just their life hmmmm..

    Now, if you are interested in which version is better then download them both and play through both! It is not like you are paying $40.00 USDs for an AWESOME MEGAMAN STAR FORCE game for the DS.



    The first time I played this series I loved it!

    The first Megaman game I played was the ZX Series on the DS. When I saw the Star Force game, I downloaded it for the LULZ and turned out that I liked it!

  • With regards to no$gba 2.6a im not having the saving problem your talking about, maybe there is something wrong with your settings

  • This game is excellent, Mega Man gains a new appearance, it gains transformations based on bosses of the serie (Libra Scales [Libra Noise Mega Man], Gemini Spark [Gemini Noise Mega Man], Cygnus Wing [Cygnus Noise Mega Man], Queen Ophiuca [Ophiuca Noise Mega Man], Taurus Fire [Taurus Noise Mega Man], Cancer Bubble [Cancer Noise Mega Man], Wolf Woods [Wolf Noise Mega Man], Crown Trunder [Crown Noise Mega Man], Jack Corvus [Corvus Noise Mega Man], Queen Virgo [Virgo Noise Mega Man] and Rogue [Rogue Noise Mega Man]), Mega Man can transform into Black Ace and also it earns: Auto Lock, Float Shoes, Air Shoes, Mega Buster Attack LV5, Mega Buster Speed LV5, Meteor Server Folder and Black End Galaxy (Special Attack).

  • I don't know the save problems people have been talking about i use no$gba and everything works fine. How ever when i Transfered the game to my DSi it couldn't read the 3d graphic files it was very hard battling viruses when you can't even see your self or the viruses for that matter O\_O

  • Works great on R4i on DSi :D Im very happy with this game i havnt gotten into the mega man series like this since battle network 3 (including the first 2). i played the first starforce and parts of the second but it bored me too quickly but this one i cant seem to put down.



    PS. On the R4i-SDHC with a 8GB card saving is almost instant, i push the button and all i have time to read is the word "Saving"

  • Great Game!!! I strongly recomend downloading this. If you liked the first two games you'll love this one. The only thing i don't like about it is that after you finish the game you go back to where you last saved instead of being able to do the 'Help!' quests, collect cards, battle and explore.

    @Kage56: This is normal. You're not experiencing any problems at all. It's how it's meant to be.

  • I've just found out that after you finish the game you can make your way to Sirius. I thought that after you finished the game, it resets itself and doesn't even acknowlage that you had finished it. I was obviously worng, lol. 10/10 ;)

  • Finihed the game, but i prefered the game to let you feel like you finished instead of putting you back to the last savepoint. All the NPCs still think the world's in danger >.>.

  • i played the red joker version(and transformed into red joker) but black ace looks cooler

  • Megaman is one of my favorite games and I got meteor g server 4 and when you get meteor g server(I think the higher the number the more powerful the server cards are)you get to become Black Ace(if your playing Black Ace)or Red Joker(if your playing Red Joker).

  • Did you know that if you pick some battle cards sometimes they form together to make one new more powerful battle card but it won't be in your battle card folders.
