Based on the upcoming film from Paramount Pictures, the GI Joe video game for Nintendo DS picks up where the movie leaves off, allowing players both in single player mode as well as online multiplayer with up to three friends, to re-create and relive the greatest moments from the blockbuster film, cartoon and action figure toy line.

Gameplay
Played from a top down perspective, GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra elaborates on the story that drives the major motion picture of the same name. In single player mode players choose from one of a number of initially available Joe team members, including Heavy Duty, Ripchord, Duke, Scarlet, Snake Eyes, and Shipwreck, and with access to a number of weapons and vehicles set off to stop Cobra through a series of structured missions.

Multiplayer Options
Multiplayer modes support up to 4 players in Nintendo multi-card play via Wi-Fi connection. Here, playing as one of the Joe team members, or one of the several available Cobra operatives, players have access to multiple gameplay options. These include "Warhead," which is a version of capture the flag, and "Defend Base," which just as it sounds has players protecting their unit's base. In addition to the initially available Cobra characters, the game also features unlockable characters.

hey my emulator crashes when the loading screen finishes in the first mission........ =( pls tell me which emulator should i use.... =*( my emulator is No$GBA emulator and i tried DesMuMe too but still the same =(

It did crash for me as well, else I'd have added more screenshots. I have an Acekard 2.1. Check the forums guys.

When I have put the nds file on my sons NDS it asks to make a SAV as normal, but then it says it cannot find it and turn power off ect. But I opened it and the sav file was there. Any ideas anyone?
