  • It seems a bit late to release this now, bearing in mind the Personal Trainer DS for Men came out a while back.
    Not that I question anyone or put the blame on anyone...

    Now they have released this I dont know what to expect...

    Anyway in theory if I gave the Personal Trainer DS for Men 5 stars, I'll give this game 5 stars too. So I would give this game to my mum. *****

  • I have tried my weightloss coach, nutrition matters, but this is definantly the best one .It counts calories, you set a workout schedule which it show u step by step on the ds. It also has many diferent exercises set up so u can chose. I give this a 10/10
