  • European release of Naruto Shippuden Ninja Council 3, not a bad game, I'm not a huge naruto fan but was able to enjoy this anyway. Worth a look if you haven't tried the US release already

    Hmm... I actually rather despise Naruto, but that may because I'm not a fan of ENDLESS anime (isn't Bleach up to, what... 400 episodes?). Anywho, I haven't played ANY Naruto game... from what you said I may give this one a shot?

    Anyway, someone let me know if this game is decent! I wouldn't mind trying Naruto, but I don't think I'll give this ROM a blind shot.

  • I'd say give it a shot for the sake of it. If you don't enjoy it then just remove it. The wonders of emulation.

    I've only ever watched a couple of naruto episodes ever, but so far this game isn't too bad.

  • Odd to read an american saying he hates "endless" animes.
    American comic scene is based on recycles and retcons of the same shit for almost 100 years, at least it is certain that Naruto will get to an end (the prediction is that it will end arround chapter 600)

  • If any of you know anything about Anime, you'll know that the series' that have hundreds of eps are doing that because they are so popular and because they want to keep up with the Manga they have to put in "filler" episodes to keep fans happy, rather than stop the show altogether! And just to add, Naruto is one of the best anime/manga ever!!! Don't worry about the filler eps, they are pretty lame, but the entire series is Ubertastic!

  • Naruto Shippuden Ninja Council 4 (four) was released last June on romulation by the way.

  • Comics and manga are both good even if Naruto does suck. I've read the whole of the manga so far and it just keeps draggin on and on and the further it goes the more boring it seems to get. I know everyone is gonna disagree but BLEACh, one piuece Naruto and all the main stream anime/manga like that are so boring and predictable. And the characters are all some what retarded.

  • By me, this game is a crap scroller. Poor physics, unoriginal, etc. etc. If you're unfortunate enough to be afflicted by a fetish for ninjas with face lines (what the hell are those things? Whiskers?) then this may really turn your crank, otherwise, don't waste the time.

  • Yes the European Version is older than the Other version, because in Europe we are only at Episode 50 of Naruto Shippuden.

    Well glad to know it makes you happy, but I'm just not a fan of anime. Different strokes for different folks, you know... Actually I'm not really a big fan of TV. I like movies. They end quicker and I have a tiny attention span.

    But I'm also open-minded. Maybe I'll go watch some Naruto episodes if I ever get the chance. Ya'know... give it a shot. I mean, as soon as I have a long enough break from my College classes. (¬_¬)

    ANYWAY I don't want to have a totally off-subject post so I downloaded the game and... ehh... it was "alright." Not the best game ever but by far not the worst. It was OK.

  • The argument of 'endless' animes is kinda pointless and has nothing to do with game quality. 'Endless' animes just mean they like to keep the events going. There are plenty of TV shows that are 'endless' because they are categorized as 'reality tv'. With endless animes, they're just trying to keep the story going on a roll, just as our lives go on roll.

    This game is great nontheless, worth a play if you don't mind playing a game for the sake of gaming, instead of tossing it just because it came from Naruto.

  • The game itself is pretty dull, you end up rinning into most enemies since they zoomed in too much. and its pretty repetitive, you just use the jitsus to fight bosses

  • It's pretty repetitive and bring, sounds are choppy, and enemies constantly respawn, not very well made, you have to be an in denial fan boy to like this game. Was not enjoyable considering how great the naruto series is.

  • The naruto shippuden fighting game is really good though, i suggest you try it.

    if u dont like anime then dont come here and post on a game based on an anime! u talk about these "endless" animes but look at the simpsons thats not an anime but its had way more episodes than any anime.

    to stay on topic this is a great game and its shippuuden!! ^^ im a bit confused though because ninja council 3 in US isnt shippuuden. its a fun game nd i recommend it XD its lyk the original 2 on gameboy which i loved ^^
