  • Harvest Fishing is a fishing simulation game aim at young Nintendo DS owners. Reminiscent of the Harvest Moon pick-up-and-play style, the unique fishing mechanic uses the Touch Screen for all gameplay. The multiplayer function offers fishing tournaments via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection for up to four players.

    As your sister falls into an endless sleep, you must journey through rivers, swamps, ponds and hidden fishing spots in search of the River King. Being the biggest fish in the river, it is he who holds the secret to her mysterious slumber. But don't worry because you're not alone in this adventure. Make friends with the magical creatures of Mystic Valley and a host of colourful characters to unlock their special abilities to help you along your way.

  • There aren't really any good fishing games on DS, this is the best but that isn't saying much.

  • You could try "Super Black Bass Fishing" rom no. 0376(U) or rom no.1206(E) its a fair fishing game I cant think of any others... hope that helps..

  • This is the game, looks like a cheaper version of Harvest Moon, but IT IS for a younger audience, I'm gonna try it out.

  • The Us ver has wifi but this one dosnt thats so werid why would they take it out when the outher two vers have it

    My rating:
    Gameplay: 8/15
    Usage of Touchscreen: 5/5
    Idea: 15/20
    Difficulcy (How to get it, maybe too difficult, maybe too easy...): 4/10
    Is it catchy?: 2/20
    Graphics etc.: 12/20
    Story etc.: 7/10
    Minus: 17 (-2 because Player name can only be 6 letters long and -15 because the controls suck and I have problems with moving, getting along and fishing)
    Sum: 36/100

    I don't really like it... :(

  • man this game was already a year maybe 1,5 year earlier released and it sucks

  • The name of this game should be changed to River King.
    Reason being, Harvest moon and River King games may be similar, but they arent the same. (harvest moon = farming, river king = fishing)
    or maybe, if river king is already on here, it should be deleted.
    i havent read about this much, and dont plan to play it, but:
    WARNING ALL HM FANS. THIS ISNT HARVEST MOON.

    Difficulty: 2/10 (1 being easy 10 being hard) Not so bad once you get used to it
    Is it catchy?: 17/20
    Graphics etc.: 15/20
    Story etc.: 8/10
    Minus: 2 because it can be difficult sometimes and boring and the character name can only be so long.
