That's not appropriate.
Looks like a questionnaire game. The characters are of course snoopy from Charlie Brown and the Charlie Brown crew. Can't exactly say much more, as I just deducted this info from the Preview Video posted above.
pretty much, it's a quiz game based on the Peanuts comics (but, apart from featuring characters from the comics, has nothing to do with the comic, I believe). Nothing sick, nothing disgusting.
The Japanese like Snoopy a lot, for some reason.
Does this come multi language.

back on subject.This game is a quiz game (as said) but I know (from iran and I am in amerca) english and unlike other games this game is impossible without knowing japenese.
