Looks like a Pokémon-ish spin off, and only 11.5 MB??
It's more similar to Monster Hunter, and it's a 32 Mb game. Also, has protection (not working on R4, it repeats the same start screen after choosing "New Game")
To bypass the protection, hex edit the ROM:

Chemical Action RPG Elemental Hunters is what the trailer calls it.
It is off of the same anime as the title. This is a hack and slash RPG using DNA. Using the DNA you collect from more than 100 different monsters, you can create over 400 weapons (or so the trailer states).
This game does feature 3 player multiplayer in which you can take on Missions together.
Creatures that you face can be anywhere from your size to 10 times that (being things like bosses) that you will encounter. As you can see in the video, you can also jump and climb on the larger enemies, scan their DNA mid-fight and create a weapon using their weakness to help you win.
It looks like a lot of fun. Oh, and here's the trailer I found:

i saw some screenshots in other website and it looks cool at least for me, i'll give it a try
I'll see how far I can get until a translation patch floats by, or i'll wait for the english release...if there ever is one...Element Hunters (anime) isn't a dub...is it?
I'm going to give this one a try...hopefully it's not too hard to stumble through if you don't know Japanese. Any other non_Japanese speakers playing this one yet and running into major issues?
well, i finished the first two missions and it's not really hard to play without knowing japanese( i'm vietnamese). but i think the game is about collecting elements (like the game name said) in monsters, not DNA because i saw the table of elements
i finished first 7 missions. currently stuck at mission 8 >.> due to a freaking annoying boss....
this game is like Kingdom Hearts DS, Phantasy star and monster hunter. recommended for players who love those kind of games.
Graphic is a bit lower than Kingdom Hearts DS i think, but, it's still good.
You don't really have to understand Japanese to enjoy this game and it's easy to tell what to do to advance the storyline or to finish a mission.

JayBlue don't know if it works with just no$gba. Using No$Zoomer it works. I tried it. It just likes to hang between screens. Doesn't seem that bad. It's like phantasy star universe or monster hunter. And if i ever get stuck i'll google a FAQ XD

i used the patch and it works nicely on my r4 rev. the game is pretty good though im only in the 3rd mission. lol. like everyone says u dont really need to know jap to play. trust us. lol.
this isnt even close to monster hunters its an anime that is about getting back elements to save the world
For those who may be asking themselves how to hex edti the rom(or you can't make the patch to work),here is your answer(originally posted on GBAtemp by "huy23"):
How to manually hex edit Element Hunters rom:
1: Download a program called XVI32
2: Open your EH rom.
3: At the top click Address, then click Goto, then click Hexidecimal.
4: Type 000EE385 into the box and click ok.
5: The first block should be highlighted and have 0C in it.
6: At the top click Edit, click Overwrite string, click Hex string, in the bottom box type 36 and click ok.
7: Where it said 0C in the first box it should now say 36.
Repeat step 4,5,6,7 for this too 000EE4DD 7A→7B
8: Click File, then click Save.
9: Put the file you just saved on your flash cart and enjoy

i've got an r4 and can't play it plz help me cause i want play it
The Hex Edit works fine in R4, the game is good
when i went to patch it, the things (0C and 7A) were already changed to 36 and 7B. It also still does the loop on the title screen. Whats going on. What do I do? I'm trying no$gba and my R4ultra. I've tried it with the R4's menu and the AKAIO menu.I also tried the patch from megaupload. I'm really confused. please help me.

Alright guys, for those who can't play it on No$gba No$Zoomer,I must tell you that the game works,but it hangs between screens, as ChaosSabre told me before(yeah,I had the same problem)
