hopefully this is like the first game, which was actually quite fun.
Yup. Liked the first game a lot - nice graphics, open-ended and the minigames were good, too. I also enjoyed collecting clothes and stuff for her. I uh...I AM a girl, some people may not be aware of this instinctively.
I just finished the story mode of this game...took about an hour and was pretty bad. My HOPE is that this is just a means of getting the movie out-of-the-way and allowing for the same kind of open-ended gameplay in the first one. If not I'll be sorely disappointed.
There is a new feature where you can create your own fairy of whatever type you wish (there are light fairies, water, animal, tinkers) and customize her and stuff. Girls will probably enjoy that part.

PS. YAY!! I can try this game before I buy it for my niece ^_^. I get sick of getting them games that suck and they play for 5 mins then drop… only to be found months later, ruined, under the bed, or in the vacuum or even twice the dryer… DS games don’t like the dryer…

Tinker bell is mad hot. Also, she is the culmination of all the sexual repressions of the Disney animators. Which makes her more hot.
he's not as pig because he pretty much nailed it there...Disney is well aware of the misogynistic nature of entertainment and gladly uses it to their advantage despite their front of being for children. They're one of very few companies able to throw sexuality in your face so subtly that you only notice on a subconscious level. Can't blame ztf for seeing it for what it is or Googling Disney subliminal sex.

Hey, female here...got addicted to the online pixie hollow and loved the first game. They really went all out with it. Online, you can make your own character so if that is one of the things you can do on this one, im happy. I agree with those who talked about disney and sexuality. I mean really...she's got a halter n miniskirt. if i walked around like that, they'd call me a "street walker". didnt want to offend.

The main game is short and not very involved. Thankfully there is another part of the game that involves playing each type of fairies with mini-games and quests. It also allows you to go online to the Disney website for more interaction.
