    It's just precompiled or something.

  • its been compressed so its easier and quicker to download. Thank romulation for that.

  • this game is terible all you do is walk on a platform run and jump and hit enemys (so easy to loose life)

    one good thing its not hat good but its the highlight and that is when you fly in the air.

    im dissapointed:(

  • well astro boy for the GBA was actually pretty good but i guess this not worth the trouble

  • like everyone else is saying, it pales in comparison to astro boy omega factor, if you want a long lasting fun astroy boy adventure w/ rpg elements play omega factor for the gba.. one of the greatest games i have ever played

  • It seem that developers are getting lazy with their films tie in when it come to the DS...Not a very good game I was hoping for a "Omega factor" type of game but this is a bellow average platformer.

  • The original Omega Factor was made by Treasure, probably one of the greatest developers of all time. This wasn't, hence it is crap.

  • The Treasure GBA Astroboy game is outstanding i would suggest that over this POS any day. if you can find it buy it, its a pretty rare find. Or download it, i don't care.

    I can't believe what they did to the original, they changed some major story line. In the old game, Astro knows he's Astro, but in the new one, Astro thinks he's Dr. Tenma's son in the beginning, which slows down the gameplay even more.

    Like GI Joe: Rise of the Cobra.
    I thought it would be stupid, but it was EPIC.

  • i can sum up the whole game in 1 word. three in fact.=CRAP,AWFUL, OMGTHATSRLYRLYRLYRLYBADANDTHEGRAPHICSSUCK . even the gba version had better graphics. this is like the DS version of 'Robots' , rom 0129 or something. but worse. it is cRAP

  • Well, what did you guys expect? It's a movie-based video game. 'far as I can remember the only movie-based game that was good was GoldenEye. Move along, this isn't worth your time in all honesty.

  • Hatsukoi, apparently you have not played Omega Factor for the GBA.

    And even OLD SCHOOL megaman is better.
    I actually like old school megaman.

  • Its an old school side scrolling beat em' up type of game. You have to defeat like 20 bad guys in order to move forward in a level. Sadly the game is meant for very young children and not the fan base. If you are older than 6 you won't find it fun.

  • Playing this game made me sick with disappointment. Growing up with Astro Boy, i had some form of hope for this game. SHATTERED. like others have said before me, do NOT download unless you like games for kids under 5. i have to earn his boots?... and to shoot out of his arse?... that is not MY astro. *sigh.

  • Man, from all the comments made here, it feels that this game won't live up to the PS2/GBA versions.

  • ... there is a tool out there! it's called "trimmer" (there is 2 or more but they are all the same)
    you have to trimm your ds games becouse the .nds file contains FREE SPACE !!!
    and the trimmert cut this free space off, soooo...i think astro boy is NOT 32 mega
    it's only like...5-10 Mega :D
    and games below 10 mega... i think only a few of them is good enough to just try it for a few sec :)
    (i know! my englis SuXX...sry)
