  • the family feud games sure have come a long way from the nes. this would be infinitely better with host richard dawson, but i guess that'd be asking too much >.< ;]

    Two families play against each other. The basic premise is that the show asks the general populace a question, and then ranks the top answers. Then the question is asked to the contestants, and they have to guess what the peoples top answers were.

    Questions like "Name an item commonly found in a purse", etc.

  • i was surprised how fun the game is. its really good for when youre bored and want a fun little game to pass the time.

  • This is Family Fortunes, for those of us living in UK. Some of the questions are obviously aimed for the US market so it was quite difficult to answer some of them correctly, but it was ok.

  • There is a 'Family Fortunes' out in the UK on Wii, so I would imagine that a DS version is forthcoming...

  • This game is quick and fun. You can skip through unlike deal or no deal. Coming from Australia I am finding it hard to get into the American language. Often my answers are right if it was Australian, but wrong in America.

  • I personally found the game too short, there's only like 10 families to beat, then thats it, although could always play the families again. Good game to pass the time I guess

  • game plays fine on my acekard, fun and entertaining too. Hate the yangs. lol. As far as wording things correctly, I'm from (U) and still have a problem with some phrases. Some questions are not asked correctly, in my opinion. Fun game either way.

  • No UK version on here? A good touch would be the ability to select the host. Max Bygraves, Bob Monkhouse, Les Dennis or Vernon Kay.

  • This is like the game show we have in holland called 5 vs 5 it has the same basic idea's but instead of 2 families there are 2 teams of 5 persons and both teams come out for a certain job like Builders, Zookeepers and such

  • What, no Robot Ken =)? Just kidding, this game isn't half bad for being 16 MB. If it had online play it would be even better.

  • Family Feud is the American version of the UK gameshow Family Fortunes. I thought this game was actually good as you could choose your answers unlike Family Fortunes on that game you only get a list. I did find Family Feud hard at times as some questions are based on American stuff but still that isn't a huge problem as it has a lot questions that everyone should know.

    Considering this game is only 16MB it has some pretty nice graphics and it's probably the best gameshow based game I've played on the DS. Family Feud DS is better then the DS version of Family Fortunes. It kind of makes me think why didn't the developers just port this version into Family Fortunes
