  • From the titles, they are educational games in different subjects for junior high or high school. I searched and found the company website http://ds.benesse.ne.jp/ I couldn't find a publish date, but I believe these are a few years old. You probably couldn't find anything when you searched because Tokutenryoku is spelled as one word elsewhere.

  • If you want translations try www.romhacking.net. They have translations for old[er] games too.
