A remake of the old pokemon silver for the gameboy colour. But enhanced a lot, this will bring a lot of memories back to those who have played the gameboy colour one.

Just for information, the protection isn't so bad in this game if you know what you have to watch out for. It's quite ingenious the way they've done it actually. Basically, it crashes after you do 24 actions, an action being talking to someone, going into/out of a building, battling a pokemon, etc. For example, walk around in tall grass until you've battled 24 pokemon and then it'll crash. So essentially, all you need to do is keep a general idea of how many actions you've done and just save and restart when it gets close to 24.

I think I just hit my head on a wall and woke up one day later even if today is the 13th. Has Anti-Piracy, but who cares? Download it before nintendo or whoever pulls of another move.

The only difference between heartgold and soulsilver is that gold has 16 exclusive pokemon to it and silver has 14.

It would be nice if people would read the rules for once and read the comments at least!
There's no patch just yet and many people keep having the same issue, freezing it is, with many different cards. The first post links to the forum where to discuss this!
Btw, the game is great even though i keep having the freezing problem, but with the 3D lugia at the beginning, it already got me fascinated. I thought the wild Pokemon movements would be better... but they are similar to the original pokemon gold/silver ones. The good news is that pokemon trainers speak during battle, which is kinda fun!
I sincerely reccomend it~ I'm not a huge Pokemon games fan, but been waiting for this one a long long time3 out of 5 people found this comment useful.

As much as I personally love Romulation... I decided to buy the real thing. Big fan of pokemon... Also, the real version comes with a nice little device that alows you to store a pokemon, "pokewalker"? And take it around with you :D!

I too will buy the original for the poke walker. That's an awesome thing for Nintendo to do! :D I heard you can level up the pokemon that you store in it and you can also find items while walking.. Because I'm a huge (HUGE) pokemon fan, I already pre-ordered it. I can't believe it's already out as a rom. I feel like trying it out. And yeah, there probably isn't going to be a crystal and the rom does not work for the pokewalker
@stanley- you could do that with the original gold and silver
the big differences in this game is the addition of third and fourth gen pokemon and safari zone
