  Try renaming it as a .rar or .7z file. This always works for me though I haven't tried it with this file yet (still downloading).

  iso is an image. It copies the disc exactly as it is keeping the data aligned as it is on the disc itself. This allows you to mount it on fake disc drives within your computer to simulate having the disc when you don't have it or don't want to carry it with you.
  In relation to the other games, I find arc 3 to be the most well rounded of the arc series. Part 1 was too short as they lacked the budget to make the game they wanted but part 2 is too long. Part 2 is a masterpiece holding all the little ideas and game mechanics that make it unique and fun but, personally, there is is just way too much. It becomes a little overwhelming with time having to manage so many characters at once with so much information and items to keep track of. Part 3 works extremely well as a balancing act of the best parts of 2 with a more stream lined gameplay. Its fun and presents itself well. Humorous and hopeful is the general tone and I rank it as one of my favorite games.
