I am also having issues with this file. (Jan 4, 2009)

It says that the CRC Failed on the .bin file, and therefore the file is corrupt.

I tried DL'ing both the NA & EU mirror versions

I tried using ARAR, but it did not work...
ARAR claimed that it repaired the archive, but I still get the CRC Failed error when it gets to ~99% when extracting the _fixed.rar file :-(
