Flash Game Making (Shooter or RPG)

UPDATE: I've decided on doing a flash game as it will be much easier.

Alright... I am THINKING of working on a homebrew PSX game... but would need some help.  If anyone is interested in helping, post here with pics of your work... It will either be Pre-rendered with Polygons, or sprites.  If it's sprites, I'll need an animator and coder... (I cant code... unless you wanna teach me...)

I am THINKING about it because I don't know how people will respond to this.  The game will be able to all members of the forum, but only here, and other places we agree on.

I also want this to be a FULL game... not a cheap imitation imitation. (I think an RPG is a good idea...)

that's why I wanted some who knew how to do it... there's BOUND to be someone .  If not, just a flash game.

I stink at flash, and lost it when my computer went down.

I can still make sprites, do voice acting and I have a few sound effects still on my computer.
