I think that this game should be #1 for NDS. i haven't tried it for PSP.... so ya, i love this game how it is for the PS2 as well. i think all burnout games should be rated #1 every year.

similar tracks to burnout 3: takedown, drifting is diffrent. not like the break, turn, accelerator, nitro/boost. hard to turn on sharp corners at high speeds. but overall a good portable racing game. if your a fan of burnout you may like it!
