Definately one of the best endings I've ever seen. Alot of people talk about "plot holes", but I found the story to be amazing. 5/5 star
A really underplayed classic my favourite final fantasy game. I have just finished disc 3 looking forward to the next disc.
@Choihannah : if you use ePSXe 1.6 or 1.7 the game will crashed when zidane attacked by iifa roots. So.. use ePSXe 1.5 and the game will go to normal again.. Enjoy the ending..
FF9 - Mint as, Necron was pretty easy at the end, not quite as dramatic compared to FF8, I killed the evil marble, Ozzy ate my boot too (with gameshark cheats ofcourse XDDD), I beat him without a couple of times, but once i done him in i thought naff it, i've earned the right to cheat - muuuha - 5 stars from me
I am really having problem with disc 4, for I cannot download a complete file of it! help

The final boss was the only part that I was really disappointed about with this game. Still really great regardless.
Guys.. is this copy of disc 4 perfect for ePSXe? I mean, some people mentioned that they had some errors playing disc 2 and 3 .. (minor lagging in disc 1 FMV)so I wonder if I should get a copy of disc 4 from other sites.. (don't post a link, I just want to know since it'll be easier to download it from romulation). Thanks! XD
YEP. the best ever
It is a really good game, usually Final Fantasy games are anyway. This one goes back to Final Fantasy origins which is quite nice after FF7 and FF8 that were deferent in some ways. The characters design is funny and can be serious enough to give credibility to the story that unfolds. The soundtrack is great and the special effects/graphics amazing(don't forget that playstation is not the same as playstation3).
