so nostalgic - i played this one first, before the master system ones. yup, bad physics involved the spike bug had my life at times, but that got sorted when sonic 2 came out

Seriously, they messed this game up. IT was Sonic's 15 year aniversary and they made a game to celebrate it in the quality which you would find inside your dumpster. This game does have certain appeals like the music. Some of it is ok but the phisics and collisions and glitches are just horrible! This game should not be bought.

@Koho: Yes, get that version instead. It's a perfect port of Sonic 1 to the GBA. Try it out.

This is just a shitty, half assed port. I expected an exact remake. I'd have preffered a Sonic Advance styled version of Sonic The Hedgehog. Trust me, Sonic fans, even if you liked the older games, just get the original ROM instead.

Horrible Sound,terrible graphics and retarded phyisics. Worst Sonic port ever! Grab the original for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive instead of this crap.
