AI Shougi 3 USA

I downloaded this Rom a few times now and tried out a few different configurations on my Emulator to run it but have had no success. I'm not able to get sound running at all and the graphics that appear are broken and disjointed. While it shows that it is running at a constant 60fps the game freezes on the main menu. Be forewarned.
