im playing on pc in those games (too bad, sold my psx years ago) using emulator called AdrilPSX (idk but i dont have any problems with this emu, dont need any bios etc;-;) daemon tolls

Simply THE BEST Digimon game...
and answering, the best emulator to run it is ePSXe, but you must download the plugins and the bios to make it work
