East55, you need a program, like Winrar, to extract files from package. Then you have two options: 1. burn it on a CD, using ImgBurn or other cd-burner program, at lower-speed in order to play it on a PS1 than can read backup games (with chip) 2. Use a psx emulator to play it on your PC. It's up to you. And remember, it's illegal to play this game if you neither own an original copy of Suikoden 2 nor have a PS1. By the way. I'd play Suikoden 1 long years ago (twice) and never ended cose it's loo large. But I agree, it's one of my favourite games I'd ever played; music, gameplay and history are great. Reading your posts, I hope Suikoden 2 will be similar at last. Saludossss!!!

Do we need to burn this to a cd, in order to play?

So i need some help with the downloading of this. I download it and then wen i try to open the .rar file to extract, it tells me that windows cannot open the file, any help please?? I been tryin to get ahold of this game for years!! I remeber wen i use to rent it, no problem, now they want over a hundred bucks to buy the game!

On the list of the best games ever for PS1, it's even better than the original! But it's kind of annoying that some parts of the game are badly translated and some areas are kind of glitchy. STILL, it has the most epic storyline since ever, easy-to-learn battle system, a couple of fun minigames, and lots of little extras. Best game ever, IMO.

Hahaha... just droppin' some comment but, looks like i'm not the only one enjoying this game a lot. BEST of all suikoden games. WOW! highly recommended game....of all time.

Got this game at target years ago and its in great condition. Thanks Target. i never thought the game would be so good. they should have made a US version of the Japanese psp game suikoden I and II. I would have loved to play suikoden on a portable system.

Suikoden series...one of my favourite game ever... good storyline...lotsa characters (108+)...nice arts...lotsa sidequets and minigames... lots more things (items,runes,even recipes!) to collect! Played and completed suikoden 1? then you can load your save data and find your MCdohl hero here too! Suikoden 2 is a great sequel! even i could say its a masterpiece......try it! 5/5
