i'd recommend getting a PSX 1.3 for this, so you'll only need to DL the PS1 bios (the emulator is self-contained, so no messing around with plugins).
anyway, DL-ing this as i type this comment. quite the big file, but it's worth it, even if just to play a hell in a cell match.

Were any of you folks that can't download, downloading another rom at the time? I was downloading a rom and couldn't download till it the one I was doing was done. Then I could download. Try that. Wait till any downloading is done.
My favorite PS game of all time! The superstars in the roster are really again all my favorites. Rock, Austin, Jericho, Shawn Michaels, Undertaker, Kane with the mask, the list goes on! Austin and HBK are unlockable character which rather sucks but that would make anyone play the season mode! The special matches are good too, Hell in a cell, TLC, Ladder match e.t.c. The graphics are nice , but the game misses some commentary.

This is good game
Definately one of the better games though i always preferred attitude for the PSX
