Because it is. game size is determined by the size of the content and the content also determines how much it compresses. We can't magically make a file 10% of its original size, or even 50% most of the time.

No You can play this game on your Android device but you need dolphin emulator and Zarchiver and 64-bit processor and up to 2gb ram and up to 7gb storage but it will lag sometime on 2gb RAM
