This month we've done a complete 180 having no 360 reviews being a winner. (yes lame pun intended) Instead we bring a Wii game and two PC games this month, this month's winner is 9NineBreaker9 for his review of Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii. This "wall of text" as the author titles his own review highlights the fun-based action and the attention to details on character designs and backgrounds, which in the latter case sometimes plays against the final score. Read for more info.
Our second place goes to ~Vincent_Valentine~ for his review of the PC game World in Conflict. This game seems to have everything a real-time strategy fan could ask of and Vincent does nothing to hide his enthusiasm for the game.
Our third place goes to TidusBlade for his review of the gaming-pearl The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind. This masterpiece of RPG gaming history captures our attention even today and reading this review made me find my Game of the Year Edition copy and install it once again.
Honourable mention goes to 9NineBreaker9 for his review of Patapon for the PSP which would have gotten second place had he not already won first. :)
As always we have awarded 5,000; 2,500 and 1,000 points to the winners; see if you can figure out who got what.

It appears that it was good for me to have my laptop in for repairs for an entire 7 days as my drive to program has been quite amazing lately, as such we are able to present yet another new feature to RomUlation mere days after having enabled multi genres for games. This time the update benefits not only our members but our guests as well.
We have decided to add mirrors to our downloads, so in addition to our own server hosting the downloads we will have RapidShare and MegaUpload mirrors available for people to use. These mirrors are available to guests as well so if you do not feel like logging in while away from home, or if you simply don't want an account then you can now get your games here anyway.
If you want another host added as mirror then please make sure they have remote fetching before contacting us, please also no services that upload the file to multiple hosts. In addition if remote fetching requires a form of premium membership then you must provide such an account for us.
We are currently still uploading and adding mirrors so please have patience while we get all of them up, we're started at the bottom and gone up so the newer ones might be a little while away still.

Just pushed a small update that adds support for multiple genres to our front-end, this basically means that you can now add multiple genres to one game, please try to remain accurate when you add a genre to a game.
We'll enable searching and sorting on multiple genres soon, but we're completely redoing how searching and sorting works on RomUlation so it will be a little while still.

Well that could have gone smoother, but we have a new site update out. This one is a major one for us with only minor effect on you. Lots of back-end optimizing for those who care.
What this update does is enable the use of multiple languages, we'll be making new languages available soon, for now we want a few more translations done before we publish languages.
The second major update that you as a user will notice is that we've set a limit of 300kb/s and 3 connections maximum per user. If you absolutely need to go faster than this then you'll have to upgrade to premium membership which allows for 8 connections and has no limit on download speed besides what our connection can handle and the route between our server and you.
There are still a few kinks I've noticed, but we'll sort those out soon.
Next update will most likely bring more front-end changes for you guys such as multiple genres, various kinks removed, different way to handle sorting and search options and possibly the ability to specify which languages are included in a game. Further suggestions are welcome.

Hey everyone,
We're having a stress test of the new RomUlation Radio right now, this isn't a live show but a check to make sure we can handle a lot of users for when we finally do go live. So please tune in and listen to some music.
You'll need WinAmp, VLC or a similar program that can handle .pls files.

It seems we've made a mistake that allowed duplicate accounts to be created, we still haven't figured exactly how it happened but we've managed to prevent it from happening in the future anyhow. Sadly this meant that a number of accounts were deleted, most of of them where old ones never used but some were newer ones, and in cases where both accounts were in use sadly the newest one got deleted.
If you got deleted then please do register again and if you had bought premium/points then get in touch with us!
