I remember playing this a long time ago when I used to own it. Not a bad game. The campaign mode was pretty funny. Doesn't play like Twisted Metal/Vigilante 8. I do recommend you try it though.
It came out before twisted metal. Sprites rule and old polys drool. It's a racer shooter which great for 2 player mode. Twisted metal is a driver shooter but not racer. PS1 Twisted Metal multiplayer mode sucked unless you had 2 Playstations 2 games 2 tvs and a link cable.
